Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Stoked Oats (any blend)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup unsweetened yogurt
  • Fruit, nuts, or spices can be added as well

    PREPARATION:

      1. Add the oats into medium sized storage container.

      2. Add the water, yogurt, fruit, nuts, spices (as desired).

      3. Let sit in refrigerator overnight.

      4. Enjoy cold.
