It's pretty amazing what kind of flavours you can get out of such a simple breakfast oatmeal but stoked oats have done it with this Stone Age variety. While stone age is not organic like stoked oats versus regular oatmeal, the inclusion of nuts and seeds in this one offers a wonderful flavour that goes well beyond what you'd get from plain oats. I decided to try this before looking at the ingredients list just to see if I could pick out some of the flavours. I love pretty much everything about this product from the simple ingredients, the fact that many of the ingredients are grown in Canada, the fact that the company seems to have a wonderful sense of humour, and the fact that it tastes so wonderful. The only criticism that I have is that it is quite expensive. If you've already been eating oatmeal that includes nuts or other varieties of ingredients, you'll probably…
