INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
- Combine 1/2 cup dry mix with 1/4 cup water or milk of choice.
- OPTIONAL: Add egg to boost protein, and/or add 1/2 mashed banana
- Pour batter into 3 circles on a preheated medium-hot, oiled non-stick pan. Flip once bubbles form (2-3 mins) and cook through (2-3 mins).
- In a medium bowl, combine 1 part ghee to 1/2 part powdered sugar.
- Heat in the microwave in 10 second increments to melt the ghee, and mix thoroughly.
- Drizzle and/or spread over pancakes, and serve!
