INGREDIENTS
- 2 6oz salmon fillets
- 3 tbsp Run of the Mill Quick Oats
- 3 tbsp walnuts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Lemon
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Place salmon on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on salmon fillets.
- Combine quick oats, walnuts and olive oil in a bowl.
- Press oat mixture onto the salmon.
- Bake 12-15 mins, or until salmon flakes easily.
