For the filling:
• 2-3 apples, sliced thinly
• Juice from half of a lemon
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp flour
For the topping:
• 1 cup Stoked Oats Steel Cut
• 1/3 cup flour
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/3 cup melted coconut oil (or butter)
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
Steps:
1) Slice your apple into thin slices and fully combine with the remaining filling ingredients
2) To a medium bowl, mix the topping ingredients
3) Pour apple filling into a greased 9x9 square baking dish. Spread topping mixture evenly on top.
4) Bake at 375F for 35-40 minutes until apples are bubbling and crisp is golden
5) Top with ice cream or yogurt!
